Mailing Lists

When you sign up to our e-newsletter, either when making a purchase through our online shop, from another page on our website or in person at an event, we collect personal information as part of the registration process (usually your name and email address). This information is used in the following ways:

  • to let you know about the things you’re interested in (such as discounts and sales, new products, blog posts, skincare tips, upcoming events etc)
  • to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information

We will never rent or trade email lists with any other organisation or business.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletters. For more information, please read MailChimp’s privacy notice.

If you have chosen to sign up to this newsletter subscription, on the basis of "legitimate interests" we believe you are legitimately interested in receiving further marketing material from us via email, due to being a current customer through our online shop, having purchased via one of our many retail stockists, directly from us at a market, fair or pop-up event, or are simply interested in what we do and like to stay in the loop.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you have or will receive from us. You can also request that your information be deleted permanently from our databases by emailing hello@luckycloudskincare.com
