We will always endeavour to ship your orders as soon as possible.
However, please allow 1-2 days for orders to be dispatched

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout
Ranges from £1.50 - £5.50 depending on weight of item/s

Currently all orders to the EU have been suspended due to restrictions imposed by Brexit. Hopefully we'll be able to resolve this soon.

All other countries will be serviced with a Flat Rate

Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Overseas items are sent via Royal Mail International Standard service.

My order was not received or received damaged:

If for some reason you didn't receive your order, or when you unwrapped it, it was damaged - first of all, SORRY!

Please get in touch letting us know what has gone wrong and we'll endeavour to fix it for you.

Lucky Cloud Skincare can offer you a refund on unopened items returned to us within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original & re-saleable condition, with no broken seals.

Once we receive the items and their condition is checked, we’ll issue a refund (excluding delivery fees).

Lucky Cloud Skincare is not liable for the cost of returning any goods.

Before you do return anything, make sure to contact us, so we know to expect it.

Please keep in mind that the products you have purchased are handmade and 100% natural. This means they occasionally have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour for example).



If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, let us know as soon as possible!

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we should be able to change the delivery address for you

If you’ve used an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the loss of your order. If your parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay delivery costs to re-deliver your order to the correct address.
